I lost 1.4 pounds in the last week. I’m pleased with my progress. Over the weekend, I didn’t feel well so I was less active. I’m just happy I’m still losing weight each week and my jeans fit better than they did two weeks ago.
It’s amazing how little changes can make a difference. If I could do better on the days I work, I would probably be losing more weight per week. However, I’m good with my progress.
I can tell a difference when I exercise too. I’ve started with walking on the treadmill. On the days I get on the treadmill, I feel better and sleep better.
