This week I didn’t lose any weight. On the plus side, I didn’t gain any weight either. I weighed the same this Monday as I did last Monday. The fact that I weigh the same, but did good with my eating shows me that being active helps me to feel better and to lose weight. The end of last week, I still didn’t feel good and didn’t get on the treadmill or anything. I’m hoping to be more active this week and to lose something. Well to lose weight, not my mind.
