Back on Track

I’ve managed to get back on track with eating better. This week shows I lost 1.6 pounds for the week with a total loss of 4.4 pounds. Most important is I can tell a difference in how my clothes fit and that makes it all worth it. 

The key to losing weight is to keep eating better. Times will come when you eat things you shouldn’t, but you can always get back on track. Remember to not feel guilty when you get off track. Just be determined to work your way back on track.
